How do I place an order?
To order our products, use our secure online ordering system or call us on (02) 9648 2262. Our website is secure and with credit card transactions, your information is secured by using 128 bit Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) technology, which encrypts information you input.

Do I have to open an account to purchase products?
No, you can log in as a 'guest' user to purchase products.

What payment methods do you accept?
We accept the following payment methods - Paypal and Credit Cards (Visa, Mastercard, AMEX)

What if I am after a product which is not on your website?
Ask Us. We are expanding our range and products take a little time to list on the website. In most cases we do have the product you're looking for.

Where's my confirmation email?
You will receive a confirmation email minutes after ordering. If this is not so you may have entered your email incorrectly or your ISP flagged our confirmation email as spam. All confirmation emails are sent from sales@pestwholesale.com.au

Do we ship overseas?
We do not ship items outside of Australia.

How long will delivery take?
Allow 2-5 business days for delivery depending upon where you are located in Australia. Please note this is just an estimate and we can not be held responsible for delays. Western Australia orders may be up to 7-10 business days to deliver.

What courier do you use?
We use a number of couriers including Australia post for most orders depending on the size of the item.

How do I know my order is shipped?
Once your order is confirmed by email it is processed by our warehouse. Items are packaged with your personal invoice. Your package is collected from us by our couriers. We will email you a shipping confirmation email containing what you ordered, where it is going to as well as the tracking number/consignment note number.

How can I track my order?
Your tracking number will be provided in your order confirmation email once the item is posted. You can track your item via the courier's website/tracking number.

My order has been lost in the mail! What do I do?
Contact the courier your order what sent with and quote the tracking number provided in your confirmation email. If the courier cannot locate your items, we will lodge an enquiry from our end. Please contact sales@pestwholesale.com.au for more information.

I'm missing an item! What do I do?
Sometimes, orders can be sent in multiple satchels/boxes as they may not fit in just one. Please contact us on sales@pestwholesale.com.au to check if this is the case. If in the off-chance we have missed an item we will arrange have another shipped immediately.

Do you accept returns?
Returns are accepted for faulty or damaged items. We do not refund for change of mind purchases. Delivery fees are not refunded when products have been delivered.

My product is damaged! What do I do?
If a product is damaged on delivery, then you should refuse to take receipt of that product and notify us on sales@pestwholesale.com.au . If you notice damage to a product after delivery, or if it has been incorrectly shipped, you should notify us as soon as possible. Upon return of faulty goods, our returns department will assess the condition of the product. If the item is repairable, we will notify you by email. The repaired item will then be posted back to you free of charge. If the item is being refunded, we will process this as usual.

How will my refund be processed?
Refunds will be in the same format as payment was made. (eg credit card, paypal etc)
